Welcome to
The Law Office Of
Michael J. Siligato

Michael Siligato’s practice is a culmination of legal area’s of practice that he has mastered during his career, specializing in guiding his clients through the entire real estate journey on and around South Jersey’s barrier islands

Michael’s journey to a career in law is a personal one, knowing from a young age he wanted to be on the right side of the justice system.

During his first year of law school, he earned a coveted internship at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, actively participating in preparation and prosecution of criminal matters in Juvenile Unit, Family Violence and Sex Assault Unit, and Northeast Division Bureau.

Michael clerked for the Honorable Robert A. Ballard, Jr. at the Superior Court of New Jersey where he mediated cases for the Civil Part, Special Civil Part and Landlord/Tenant Court.

Following graduation from Pace Law School, Michael went on to work for Jacobs & Barbone, P.A. as a full time attorney specializing in all aspects of civil litigation including contract law, negligence, bankruptcy, employment discrimination and civil rights in New Jersey Superior Court.

It is with all this expertise and a drive to create a law firm where clients felt heard and respected, Michael decided to take the jump and open his own practice in the summer of 2021.

Michael knows the process of hiring an attorney for any matter can be a scary one, which is why he is known to make himself available any time of the day, usually giving his personal cell phone number to any client so they can reach him around the clock and feel protected during their legal journey.
